My co-workers gave me this "Happy Birthday" pinata a few months ago. I haven't managed to take it down yet. I think it adds the right amount of party-atmosphere to my desk. Plus, let's face it...the word "pinata" is fun to use in any work or social conversation.
I'm loving how the red in the pinata matches the red of my file folder. It also blends in with the rest of the clutter on my desk.
You say pinata, I say pizzazz!
